  • forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through an Our United Villages site or service,
  • upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements),
  • upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party,
  • upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or any other form of solicitation, except in areas designated for such purpose by Our United Villages,
  • upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, harm, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment, or to surreptitiously monitor the recipient’s computer use or online activities without such recipient’s consent,
  • “frame” or “mirror” any part of an Our United Villages site without our prior written authorization,
  • interfere with or disrupt an Our United Villages site, hosting account, servers or networks connected to an Our United Villages site, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to an Our United Villages site,
  • intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law,
  • use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, “data mine” or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure of presentation of an Our United Villages site or its contents,
  • “stalk” or otherwise harass another client or user of an Our United Villages site; or harvest, collect or store personal data about other users or members or engage in illegal, fraudulent or misleading activities.

Individual Responsibility - You acknowledge that all content, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated. This means that you are entirely responsible for all content that you post, email or otherwise transmit via an Our United Villages Site.
