Join us for an ALL WEEK spring break camp where youth will learn hands on skills with expert instructors in woodworking, electrical, plumbing and more!
Camp Schedule:
Monday, March 24, 2025 through Friday, March 28th, 2025 (registration is for all 5 days)
10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Lunch is provided at no charge)
Join the ReBuilding Center for an exciting week of building and learning! Does your child love hands-on activities and need an engaging way to spend spring break? Are they curious about future careers in the trades? This camp is designed to introduce youth to the world of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and more while fostering creativity and confidence.
Participants will get a chance to work on real projects, learn valuable skills, and explore pathways to rewarding careers in the trades.
Topics covered:
Carpentry: Cutting, assembling, and creating projects
Plumbing basics: Tools, pipes, and fittings
Electrical work: Wiring and circuits essentials
Tool safety and proper usage
Team-based problem-solving projects
Insight into careers in the trades
Skill level: This workshop is open to youth ages 14-18. No prior experience is necessary. Parent or guardian permission required.
Class Schedule: This camp will run Monday-Friday, 10 am - 4 pm, with free lunch provided each day. More information about schedule will be sent closer to camp dates.
Capacity: Limited to 15 participants - sign up early to secure a spot!
Price: Free to income-qualified families making below 80% AMI. Proof of income required with registration. ( Such as Pay stubs or earning statements, SSDI award letter, SSD award letter, Food Stamps award letter)
